There’s a few guidelines but they’re pretty simple.

  1. Give Anthony the first opportunity to look at the property before calling other cash offer ads.
  2. If the property fits what Anthony is looking for, Anthony will make an offer.
  3. If you accept Anthony’s offer, great your done.
    But, If you would like to see other offers, Anthony will put your property in front of hundreds of other vetted cash buyers to compete. It’s actually fun to watch.
  4. Within 7 days or less you’ll have numerous offers to look at.
  5. If any of those offers beat Anthony’s offer, Anthony will adjust his offer to beat out the other offers.
  6. If Anthony can’t or won’t beat the other offers, once that transaction closes, he’ll happily pay you $250 because you called him first.
