Veteran Real Estate Professional With A Passion For Home Sellers

It all started in 1997 when Anthony Nitz decided to focus his real estate business on Probate Sales.

What he saw broke his heart.

Anthony began his real estate journey in 1997. Searching for a niche to specialize in, he randomly chose Probate Sales without knowing much about it. At that time, he didn’t have a cash offer strategy to present to sellers; he either listed the property or he didn’t.

He quickly realized that people selling a house in a probate or trust sale didn’t want to do upgrades and repairs or wait for weeks or months for the house to sell. As a result, they often opted for a quick cash sale from an investor or wholesaler. When Anthony saw how much equity these sellers gave up for the sake of convenience, it broke his heart, and he vowed to do something about it.

Throughout his journey, he also discovered that many other groups of people had an urgent need to sell their homes. These individuals came from all walks of life and various situations. Some faced financial issues such as foreclosure or bankruptcy, while others dealt with sudden life changes like job transfers or divorce.

He even encountered people who needed to sell quickly due to potential legal issues, such as preparing for a legal defense. Anthony is committed to providing assistance to anyone in need by sharing his knowledge and expertise.
